Dr. Dabber Boost: Black Edition Review
When it comes to portable erigs, this one has got to be on the top of everyone's list. First of all, for the price of $159.99 you get quite a lot for a reasonable price. Even the carrying case is super legit which makes it fun to bring out to friends houses. Everyone gets excited when you break this bad boy out.
There are a couple things I am looking for when it comes to portable erigs:
1.) The battery life has got to be reasonable. There is nothing worse than running out of battery when you are looking for a rip on the go.
2.) It has to get hot enough for a nice dab, quickly. These are supposed to be better and easier than using a torch, which to me means they should heat up faster than touching, or at least keep pace.
The Boost: Black Edition does both of these things nicely. It heats up super fast and each charge is good for 20-30 uses which is plenty.
In addition to the quality technical specs this erig boosts, it has what I call “usage quality” as well. Meaning it's not a pain to use, it has a natural feel to it and allows you to get a nice dab hit without having anything to hot right up next to your face or feeling uncomfortable.
